China really impresses me on many different levels. I have been amazed with the food, the people, and the culture. I didn’t know what to expect coming here, and I was very pleasantly surprised. I am completely amazed with the variety and tradition of food here.

Hong Kong is a melting pot of Chinese culture. There is a dominance of Cantonese cooking introduced from Guangzhou, but there are a lot of influences. This all makes Hong Kong fascinating and quite unique.
